Creature-Care offers Premium Pet Care Services.

We take care of most pets, including
cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, pocket pets, reptiles, fish, and more.

We provide more than just basic care for your pet.  We spend quality time with your pet.

    Our philosophy is to provide thoughtful and experienced care to your pet.  We consider the health and wellbeing of your pet.  During our visits, we pay attention to your pet's health, behavior, and activity level.

    We start by scheduling an interview.  I will email a couple of forms to find out more about you, your home, and your pet.  Our interviews last about an hour so that I can find out as much as possible about your pet.  At the time of the first interview, I meet your pet and find out more information about you and your pet.  We will sign a contract and additional paperwork.  You will provide me with a key and a 50% deposit for the contacted service.  

Our first interview is free. 

For new clients:
We require a deposit of 50% of the total contracted service amount at the time of the interview.

For established clients:
We require a deposit of 50% of the total contracted service amount at the time of the first visit, except for the major holidays.  For major holidays, we require a deposit of 50% within 5 days of making the reservation.

Registered Clients:
We do offer a registered client service where we keep a copy of your key to save time prior to future visits.  We also offer lock out services and last minute home visits for our registered clients.  For your security, we keep the inactive keys in our possession in a safe without your address.

Major Holidays
We consider the following days as major holidays.
    Easter Sunday
    Memorial Day
    July 4th
    Labor Day
    Thanksgiving
    Christmas Eve and Day
    New Year's Eve and Day

We charge a $35 fee for returned checks.
